- River Severn -

Diglis Beat in Worcester it's a great place to spin for salmon. At one day 4 anglers got 10fish! Best one had 20lb!! As day ticket water it has no chance with any of ticket waters of River Lune. Even at very sunny day one of loclal fisherman got 15lb on bank! Tickets cost 25 pounds and best time to go is after rain in upper beats around Birmingham. Best bite as often is simply dark Flying C with gold blade, but not to heavy.

Tickets:
Alan's Tackle 26, Malvern Road, Worceter, WR2 4LG.

Parking for Diglis weir:
Weir Lane, Worcester, WR2 4AY.

- River Lune -

River Lune should change name for Grenn Brook this year. It's so so low and ful of weed. Some sea-trout did enter lower beats, but they are virtualy imposible to catch on fly.

- Borwick Lakes -

At time of so hot weather is best idea to not go on river and leave Lune's fish in peace. When situation in one place is so bad in another it can be very well. That weeks of sun got catfish on move, and make them so hungry. So I decide to change direction and turn on North to Borwick, where one of smallest lakes has some of biggest fish :)

After 2 night fishing I lost one nice fish on made by myself Dumbel Ring, but line inside it break and fish gone in deeps of black water leaving me with soft legs on bank... All I got was so beauty cat, just before sun come up to say good bye and see you again later :)
