Morning fog on River Lune

Nice but frizzing weather, and last ice on the lake.

First rainbow on!

Second fish nearly bank.

Smaller one, but same good fight :)

Quick photo before go back.

12PM - time for break.

After some shopping and tea new try with new fly and polyleader on. Sun so light and fish go down. Again start of place nearly "bridge" - nothing. Some fish from right. Change for Cats Whisker and cast. Then another longer double haul. Few sec for fly to sink. Slow retrieve, and BANG! Something heavy on the bottom - that has to be nice fish.

Yea! So strong rainbow after great fight on 5/6 AFTM rod finally on grass :)
